Have questions that need answering? Here are some frequently asked questions. Feel free to send us an email should you require more assistance.

General queries

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $20 within Canada and $30 to Continental USA. However, we do offer free shipping above $150 within Canada and above $250 to Continental USA.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Packages will be shipped via Canada Post and your tracking number will be sent to you via email. To ensure your tracking number does not get sent to your spam folder, please add howdy@wackyworld.ca to your contact list.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do offer payment plans! Check out via e-transfer and send us an email to set up a payment plan. We require a 50% downpayment or $40, whichever is the lower amount. Thereafter we require the balance to be paid off within the next 4 weeks. Failure to make payments on time will result in the deposit being forfeit and the basket will be put back up for sale. Please note the responsibility is on the customer to remember to make payments. Should you require an extension on payments please email us as soon as possible and we will review each request on a case-by-case basis. This option is currently only available to customers in Canada.

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via credit card, paypal and e-transfer. Please note that e-transfer is only available for Canadian residents.

How do I pay by e-transfer? (Canadian customers only)

To pay by e-transfer, simply check out your cart and proceed to payment. There will be an option for offline payments. Send the total to howdy@wackyworld.ca and make the secret answer "crystals". Every box closed via e-transfer will receive a gift.

How do I set up an open box?

To set up an open box, simply check out your cart and proceed to payment. Under delivery options, select open box and you will be charged $0.00 for shipping. Send us an email at howdy@wackyworld.ca or submit a form through the website with the subject "Shipping" to close your box whenever you are ready. If you have reached the minimum total for free shipping, we will contact you for your shipping information. Should you wish to close your box before you have reached the minimum required amount, we will send you a link to pay for shipping.

How long can I keep an open box for?

We don't currently have a limit on how long you can keep your box open. As business starts to pick up we will announce a timeframe. We do try to be as flexible as possible though, so always feel free to message us should you need an extension and we will try our best to find a solution that works for you.

Is it possible to make requests for items I do not see on the website?

Absolutely! Feel free to send us a message with any requests. We do have some products that are not yet uploaded so we may already have them on hand. And if not we are more than happy to try our best to source it for you.

Do you offer local pickups?

We do offer local pickups by appointment only. We are located at 77 Shuter Street in Toronto, ON. Select the option to pick-up your order on the payment page and send us an email to arrange a pickup time. Pickup slots are open daily between the hours of 10am-2pm from Thursdays to Mondays, and from 10am-10pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please wait for a confirmation email before arriving for your pickup slot.
